Hanging wire mesh and plastering
1 hanging wire mesh
Hang a layer of galvanized steel wire mesh with a wire diameter of 1 mm and a mesh opening of 50 mm x 50 mill on the surface of the mixed glue mortar, and fix the wire mesh on the pre-embedded steel bar hooks on the main wall. Use 12# galvanized iron U-shaped clips (length less than the thickness of the insulation layer) to hang the steel wire mesh in the external wall insulation construction of CITIC inorganic perlite board, and clamp the steel wire mesh on the CITIC perlite board: CITIC inorganic perlite board external wall insulation construction hanger The overlap width between the steel meshes is 50 mm, and the U-shaped clips are also used to clamp on the CITIC perlite insulation board. The distance between the U-shaped clips is 300 mm; the steel mesh on the side of the door and window openings should be extended by 150 mm. The steel mesh at the other yin and yang corners should be extended to 400 mm: use shooting nails and 1 sweet iron wire to bind and fix the steel mesh.
2 coats of mortar
After the construction of the external wall insulation of CITIC inorganic perlite board is fixed with steel mesh, a layer of mixed glue mortar of about 6 mm is applied according to the proportion of the above mixed glue and mortar. Make it meet the vertical and flatness requirements. Wait for the above-mentioned mixed glue mortar to initially set. After 3 days, make a grid joint, and then apply (the ratio of cement to sand is 1:3.5) the surface layer of cement mortar with a thickness of 10 mm, and calender. Caulk with waterproof elastic caulk and apply elastic paint.
